TONY TROMBONE
ABOUT
Born in the heart of Miami’s Little Havanna, Tony is famous for complementing his trombone’s warm, raspy voice with eye-popping dance moves.
Though he studied music formally, the bluesy edginess of Tony’s style and his sharp ear came from the years he spent performing with other artists in the streets of Miami. His lively sound and stage presence led him to play with several powerhouse artists including El Puma, Locos Por Juana, Mystikal, Bacilos, and Foreigner, and to tour with Oprah before he became a founding member of Los Wizzards. He is now currently on tour with the Rock n' Roll sensation "Les Greene and The Swayzees."
You’ll see this dedicated showman in his element as he dances into the crowd, bellowing trombone and trumpet in hand. While he plays, he compels the audience into movement and drops jaws with his shockingly deep back bends. Through his massive charisma and colorful sound, Tony Trombone brings an irresistibly festive oomph to any stage.
